My name is Andrea Haase, and I have been working as a full-time artist for the past 20 years. I have never been very good at sticking to one artistic style — and I don't intend to start now. I am simply too versatile and curious for that. I love trying new things, learning different techniques, and experimenting with materials and tools. In that respect, I am still a bit like a child — art is my playground. That curiosity is reflected in my portfolio, which moves freely between vintage and modern, handmade and digital, realistic and surreal, spanning a wide range of techniques, subjects, and eras. I have always had a soft spot for anything old and historic — from botanical illustrations and old maps to ornaments and forgotten drawings. I enjoy discovering these visual treasures and giving them a new life by combining them with contemporary ideas and compositions. I am proud that my artwork is now licensed worldwide, bringing a little more color, curiosity, and beauty into people's lives around the globe.
