Georgia Chagas werd geboren op 24 november 1977 in de stad Rio de Janeiro, waar ze momenteel woont. Altijd een passie gehad om zichzelf uit te drukken door middel van spraak en schrijven, maar ze voelde de behoefte om nieuwe vormen van zeggingskracht te zoeken. Ze begon haar kunsttraject in 2011, gekenmerkt door een dagelijkse rusteloosheid en alle kwesties die het vrouwelijke en haar kloven kruisen, waar de existentiële rol van de kunstenaar zich ontvouwt door middel van schilderen. Door haar diepe gevoeligheid manifesteert ze door een vrije expressiviteit alle verschillende vormen van Gevoelens. Zelf geleerd. Veel van haar werk is geproduceerd op een 'intuïtieve' manier, omdat ze, wanneer ze wordt beïnvloed, in contact komt met haar eigen emoties en afstand neemt van haar epistemologie. De kunstenaar wil de ander raken en meenemen naar een innerlijke intieme ruimte van het Zijn.
