Georgia Chagas blev født den 24. november 1977 i byen Rio de Janeiro, hvor hun bor i øjeblikket. Altid en passion for at udtrykke sig gennem tale og skrift, men hun følte et behov for at søge nye former for udtryksfuldhed. Hun startede sin kunstbane i 2011, præget af en daglig rastløshed og alle de problemstillinger, der krydser det feminine og dets sprækker, hvor den eksistentielle rolle, som kunstnerens spiller, udfolder sig gennem maleriet. På grund af sin dybe følsomhed manifesterer hun gennem en fri udtryksfuldhed alle de forskellige former for følelser. Selvlært. Meget af hendes arbejde blev produceret på en "intuitiv" måde, fordi hun, når den bliver påvirket, kommer i kontakt med sine egne følelser og bevæger sig væk fra sin epistemologi. Kunstneren ønsker at røre den anden og tage ham til et indre intimt rum af Væsen.
