Georgia Chagas
Georgia Chagas nació el 24 de noviembre de 1977 en la Ciudad de Río de Janeiro, donde vive actualmente. Siempre apasionada por expresarse a través del habla y la escritura, pero sintió la necesidad de buscar nuevas formas de expresividad. Inició su trayectoria artística en el año 2011, marcada por una inquietud cotidiana y todas las problemáticas que atraviesan lo femenino y sus fisuras, donde se despliega el papel existencial de la artista a través de la pintura. Debido a su profunda sensibilidad, manifiesta a través de una libre expresividad todas las diferentes formas de los Sentimientos. Autodidacta. Gran parte de su trabajo fue producido de manera "intuitiva", porque, al verse afectada, entra en contacto con sus propias emociones, alejándose de su epistemología. El artista quiere tocar al otro y llevarlo a un espacio íntimo interior del Ser.
