Ninola utvecklar projekt med handgjord illustration och mönsterdesign på olika ytor. Ninola menar att skapa genom att avslöja potentialen i en glädjefylld ande, genom att befria det bortglömda barnet som finns inom oss alla, ärligt och utan fördomar, hitta nya uttryckssätt, i ett ständigt sökande efter det som ännu inte finns, för det oväntade och överraskande, känslan av spel och njutning, entusiasm, färgernas kraft och oskuldens naiva nyfikenhet. Tålamod, omsorg, reflektion, kärlek till detaljer, expertis finns i allt hon gör. Ninola berömmer hantverkarnas anda, deras verkstäder, konsthantverket, handgjorda, den folkliga visdomen. Genom att omtolka uråldriga tekniker och kunnande och anpassa dem till moderniteten skyddas den nedärvda skönheten, där vi alla går ifrån. Som konstnär älskar hon att måla och illustrera, leka och uppleva med texturer och nyanser, släppa handen på ett intuitivt och gränslöst sätt. Således är floderna av akvareller och bläck hennes mest älskade uttryckssätt, deras slumpmässighet och felaktighet, det inneboende elementet av tur och överraskning, vilket gör varje verk oupprepbart, vart och ett till en spontan ordning... Där färgerna flödar.
