All our wall murals are custom made so you can order as many square feet as you need to cover your wall. Carefully measure the width and height of the wall in inches (e.g. width 120 in, height 96 in) or in centimetres. Add 2–4 inches extra to both width and height, so you have room to trim.

Our paste-the-wall murals work on ceilings as well as walls. The surface must be smooth, clean, dry and in good condition before you hang wallpaper. We don't recommend Peel & Stick for ceilings.

Our murals are printed on 19.7 inch (50 cm) wide panels. All panels are numbered, which makes it easy for you to know where to start and which panels to place next to each other.

If the design doesn’t fit the size of your wall, we can sometimes adjust the artwork by hand. Please contact us for more information and to get a quote.

No, we do not offer small samples. However, if you'd like to see the wallpaper in person before you order, we recommend ordering a small piece of the wallpaper. The minimum order is about 11 sq ft (1 m²). Please note: Our wallpaper is printed to fit the exact measurements you provide. This means that the pattern is customized to your specifications, making each wallpaper unique. The size of the pattern may vary between the small piece and your final wallpaper due to this customization process.

We can print your photo as a wall mural as long as the image is at least 25 pixels per inch of wallpaper (one pixel per millimetre). So to cover a wall of 12 x 8 ft (360 x 240 cm), you will need an image with a minimum resolution of 3600px x 2400px. The resolution determines how sharp your wallpaper will be on the wall. The proportions of the image should match the proportions of your wall, or parts of the image will be cropped. Don’t worry, you can test how this looks after uploading your image. If your full-resolution image is too large to upload, simply upload a smaller version, place your order and reply to your order confirmation with a WeTransfer or Dropbox link and we will happily use this high-res image for your customized wallpaper design.

We only support JPEG images.

To determine if the image quality is good enough, try uploading your image. Our system will let you know what size is the maximum. To ensure high quality, we will review your image before we print and contact you if we have any questions or suggestions for improvements.

Unfortunately, we can't. Please upload a digital copy of your photo as a JPEG image. A good-quality scan or a high-resolution photo of the original works well.

Printing wallpaper is precise work, and once in a while a flaw gets past us. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. In all cases our liability for any defect is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for any incidental or consequential losses. Follow the hanging instructions for the best results. We recommend using an adhesive designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.

Delivery to Canada takes 3-10 business days, including production and shipping. We usually print your order the next business day, and all our products are made in and shipped from Sweden. Once your order has shipped, UPS will send you an email with tracking details.

Standard shipping is always free, but customs fees and duties may apply, payable to UPS before or at delivery. For details, check with your local customs office.

No, paste is not included. You can buy wallpaper paste from us separately, or use your own paste for non-woven wallpaper. Happy Mattic Peel&Stick is self-adhesive, so no paste is needed.

All our wallpaper is printed on top-quality non-woven paper. Nylon fibres reinforce the paper so it won't stretch or shrink. That's why you can paste the wall instead of the paper, which makes hanging much easier.

All our wallpaper is printed with Happy Mattic™, our soft and non-reflective matte finish. The material gives your walls a high-end look and feel.

Our inks are rated for lightfastness, so colours stay true even on a sunny wall.

All our wallpaper is washable: the surface holds up to everyday dirt and water marks, which wipe right off with a damp cloth or sponge.

All our wallpaper is printed on non-woven paper reinforced with nylon fibres that release no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) at room temperature. We print with all-natural, non-toxic inks that produce no VOCs and our paste is made from modified potato starch that is also non-toxic.

Happy Mattic Peel&Stick™ is our self-adhesive wallpaper. It has the same high-end look and feel as our paste-the-wall wallpaper, but it's much easier to put up and take down. Peel & Stick works best on smaller areas, such as an accent wall. For a large room or several walls, our paste-the-wall wallpaper is usually the better choice. Peel & Stick isn't a good fit for rooms with big temperature swings and varying humidity, such as bathrooms.

Happy Mattic™ is fire rated B-s1, d0 under the European standard EN 13501-1, and Class A under the American standard ASTM E84. This applies to both our regular wallpaper and Peel & Stick.

Our Peel & Stick wallpaper should be installed within six months. Until then, store it at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.

For both Peel & Stick and traditional wallpaper, make sure the wall is clean and smooth. To ensure optimal adhesion, use a high-quality primer and allow freshly painted walls to cure for 4–6 weeks before installation. Paint finishes like matte, eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss all work well to create a smooth base. Be mindful of the roller you use when applying the primer. The right one leaves an even surface without texture, which is key for proper wallpaper adhesion. For the best result, paint the wall a light, even colour so nothing shows through. You can also apply Peel & Stick wallpaper over existing wallpaper, as long as the wall is smooth, dry, clean, and free from damage.

Our wallpapers work great in washrooms with a toilet and sink as they have low humidity. High humidity rooms with a shower or a bathtub are not recommended as the high moisture in the air might damage our wallpapers. Peel & Stick is not suitable in rooms with significant temperature changes and varying humidity, such as bathrooms.
